The Consulate General of the Sudan in Abeche supervised the receipt and distribution of these materials to the refugee camps in Adri in coordination with the competent Chadian authorities and organizations working in the health field. This shipment of medicines and medical consumables amounts to 20 tons sent by the government of the Darfur region as part of its quota received from the Federal Ministry of Health.
It is expected that other shipments will continue to arrive within the framework of the attention of the government of the Sudan to the conditions of its citizens in eastern Chad who fled as a result of crimes and serious violations suffered by rebel forces and militias in the state of West Darfur.
