1- For the purposes of registering national voluntary and charitable organizations and civil society organizations, the following conditions must be met:
(A) The organization shall submit to the Registrar an application that includes a list of the names and addresses of the founders’ members, provided that their number shall not be less than thirty members.
(B) A copy of the organization’s constitution and organizational structure shall be attached to the application
(C) The temporary director, the senior executive officer, or the preliminary board of trustees shall attach a resolution documented by the general assembly establishing the organization.
(d) The organization shall pay the prescribed fees for registration.
2- Notwithstanding the provisions of Clause (1), the Minister may approve the registration of any organization upon an application submitted by a number of less than thirty members, and on the same conditions
contained in the aforementioned item, provided that the financial capacity, continuity and funding sources of the organization to be registered are clarified.
3- For the purposes of registering a foreign voluntary organization, the following conditions must be met:
(a) be registered, in accordance with the laws in force in the country from which they come;
(B) A certificate of registration approved by the Sudanese embassy or diplomatic mission in the concerned country shall be presented.
(C) You submit an application stating the type of activity or work that you claim to be practicing in Sudan.
(D) It shall not have its headquarters or origin any country at war with or boycotted by Sudan.
(e) It provides what broadcasts its material and technical capabilities to practice the activity intended to be practiced in Sudan, and the sources of those capabilities.
(f) Its programs are implemented in cooperation with or with the participation of one or more national organizations.
(g) sign the national agreement.
(h) Any other conditions set by the Minister from time to time.
